Kek Çeşitleri ve Buttercream Teknikleri

Cake Varieties and Buttercream Techniques

Hello everyone, we'd like to introduce you to our training program, which we've wanted for a long time but have only just been able to start due to preparations, recipes, and technical designs.

“Cake Varieties and Buttercream Techniques Program”

As you know, for many years in this industry, we have made sure to combine design with taste in both our custom design orders and the training we provide. No matter how modern, elegant, eye-catching, sophisticated, bohemian, romantic, or unique a cake's design is, it is very important to us that it harmonizes with the cake itself and its fillings, and that they complement each other.

During our first order meeting with the client for whom we will prepare the cake, we pay attention to every detail and want to have full command of the design we will be working on. After all the details regarding the visual design are complete, what we will use for the cake is very important to us. While each design is unique and different, why should the cake used inside be the same? Of course, our clients know that they can choose the cake and filling flavors they desire based on their experience Because we love making our products edible and turning them into an extremely delicious design!

When we talk about personal design, it is a sensitive issue for us that every detail is specific to the person and that special day you are celebrating. This has also allowed us to position ourselves in a unique place in the field of patisserie.

Over time, we started receiving many requests from our Academy students regarding cake alternatives and different flavored fillings. We make sure to teach different cake recipes according to our training content, but we thought, why not add more cake flavors and pair these cakes with different flavored fillings !

We said, let's have a training where we work on a tall cake and combine each layer of this cake with a different flavor. For the outer coating, let's create an extremely delicious buttercream coating with a special recipe unique to Mine Keskin, and let's decorate each layer of this coating with a different technique Of course, this would never be enough for us!

By adding fresh flowers to the design and combining extremely delicious cakes, fillings, and creams, we created a delightful design.

Working with design products in boutique patisserie inevitably frightens every new pastry chef. If this design is also a tall cake, and the person preparing the cake does not know the correct techniques, they can experience a small crisis and ultimately frustration regarding durability. Because the cakes we make are prepared with cake and cream, they can melt, tip over, collapse…

A pastry chef who has not yet encountered the correct technique continues to prepare the product by adhering to the most basic recipe they know, until they come across another method!

Yes, welcome to our Academy trainings! You don't need to be afraid; you will not only prepare those tall cakes with confidence, but you will also make the inside of your cake delicious by using the cake, filling, and fruit you imagine.

Let's share some photos of the cakes we prepared in this training and from our trainings.

The best part of this training is showing you that you are not limited to fixed recipes. With the techniques we teach you, you will be able to prepare cakes and fillings with the flavors and different contents you imagine. To reinforce these techniques and teach you the application parts in the best way, we bake five different types of cakes during the training. To ensure you can combine these cakes with the best fillings, we prepare five different flavored fillings, and ta-da! You have now learned how to create your own recipes.

We are in a changing and developing industry. Patisserie is a field where development never stops for all pastry chefs and aspiring pastry chefs. Therefore, being open to innovation and learning during the training will be an advantage for you.

Hope to see you with new content and good news…..
