When should I place my cake order?
We recommend placing your order at least 15 days in advance. All our cakes are custom-designed and crafted entirely by hand.
They are freshly prepared according to customer preferences. We do not hold stock, nor do we use additives or preservatives.
What is the minimum order size?
Our minimum order size is for 20 portions (single-tier). This size offers the ideal balance between design and proportion.
Since we focus on high-end visual design, smaller sizes may not accommodate complex artistic details.
What are my options for cake fillings?
Our filling options are virtually endless! We can enrich cake and cream varieties with fresh fruits and premium nuts. Just let us know what you love.
Can I change my event date last minute?
Postponement requests can only be accommodated if the new target date is available and notified at least 10 business days in advance.
Do you offer delivery services?
You can pick up your order directly from our Izmir/Bornova workshop or opt for our paid courier service across Izmir and nearby regions.
Do you ship cakes outside of Izmir?
Due to the delicate nature of custom cakes, we cannot ship them via standard cargo. However, hand-crafted chocolates and gift boxes can be shipped worldwide.
